Sales Engineer With French
Responsibilities:
- cooperate with French-speaking clients to ensure the implementation of the company's sales strategy,
- interact with customer through phone or email, answering and troubleshooting technical problems as needed,
- establish a trusted/strategic advisor relationship with clients and drive continued value of products and services,
- prepare commercial and technical offers,
- review all orders for accuracy and product compatibility,
- lead tracking of data from product questions and issues.
Experience and Qualifications:
- experience in a customer-facing role, technical sales preferred,
- higher technical education in engineering discipline,
- fluent in French (written and spoken), advanced English,
- good problem solving and critical thinking skills with a focus on issue resolution and customer satisfaction,
- strong verbal and written communication and comprehension skills,
- self-motivated, results oriented, and a willingness to be a part of a team,
- ability to multitask with high attention to details.
