Junior GCP Engineer

What will you do?
- Delivery of IT solutions in public cloud as well as hybrid and on-premises model for Enterprise customers – banks, telecoms, corporations;
- Participating in implementation and design of technical solutions in the fields of (among others): Cloud Architecture, Containerization, Automation, Cloud migrations, DevOps;
- Identifying the possibilities of optimization and transformation of client IT and Cloud architecture;
- Client organization onboarding to the Cloud.

What we expect from you:
We are looking Junior GCP Engineer, so if you have basic experience in cloud solution like:
- Planning and estimating product use using the Pricing Calculator;
- Understanding IAM concepts (least privileges);
- Understanding cloud structure hierarchy;
- Understanding billing configuration;
- Understanding (cloud-native) networking (VPC, peering, firewalls);
- Deploying and implementing Compute Engine resources.
Additionally, if you have basic knowledge or any skills in at least 2 of the following areas we are waiting for your application:
- Fundamentals in working with Containers;
- Understanding of DevOps culture;
- Basic hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code;
- Knowledge of common Operating Systems (e.g. Linux, Windows);
- Understanding of virtualization technologies (e.g. VirtualBox, VMware, KVM, Hyper-V);
- Basic understanding of some aspect(s) of network stack and network protocols;
- Understanding of some aspect(s) of computer security: network security, application security, security protocols, cryptography, etc.;
- Experience developing simple scripts and applications with one of: Bash, PowerShell, Python.
- Upper intermediate English – is a must.
