Description

• support customer service teams in entering data and validation of information
• maintaining customer and product master data
• handling systems and data quality
• providing shipment/price information to the customers as well as processing claims and complaints
• processing and entering orders
• preparing standard and ah-hoc reports
• other back office related tasks

Profile

• functional experience in customer service, order management or related
• higher degree (technical or commercial)
• high level of English and German skills (min. B2)
• experience in work or good practical knowledge of Excel
• open mind and eagerness to learn
• solution oriented problem-solving skills
