About this opportunity
Welcome to the Product Onboarding FI team. We add value by onboarding private and corporate customers to cash management services and online banking systems. As Junior Process Officer in Product Onboarding you’ll play a valuable role in delivering services and collaborating with various stakeholders across Nordic countries and Poland.
What you’ll be doing:
- Handling both complex and routine tasks
- Actively gaining process knowledge
- Identifying and proposing improvements
- Co-operating with different stakeholders across Nordea
You’ll join a supportive and openminded team consists of people who are passionate about work, open to collaborate and share their knowledge. The role is based in Łódź.

Your experience and background:
- English on communicate level (B1/B2)
- Practical knowledge of MS Office tool
- Very good communication skills and willingness to learn new tasks in a changing international environment
