Advance PCL Specialist
Your Role:

Implement all necessary PC&L and Logistics processes for new business Aptiv EEDS wins in Flow 3

Ensure complete handover of specific projects from Flow 3 to Flow 4 with all relevant details

Prepare project plan for execution of the project to manage and coordinate all necessary tasks in terms of PC&L and Logistics to implement the project and to support a successful SOP. Manage the project "end to end" starting from customer requirement through Aptiv plant to raw material delivery

PC&L and Logistics include Warehouse/SILS, Outbound, PC&L processes within plant like scheduling, ordering, supervision of necessary IT implementation to support all relevant PC tools, supervision that Plant PC&L provides and executes necessary Master Data maintenance like PFEP and Scheduling Agreements

Involve and coordinate all relevant PC&L and Logistics Functions to support the project like e.g. Packaging Engineering, Freight, Lean Logistics, Corporate Logistics, Plant PC&L, PC&L IT

Participation in OGR, Launch Readiness and similar meetings to report status, progress, roadblocks, issues, help needed, etc

Define project milestones and measure project status by using Program Management documentation KPI, Advanced PC&L & Logistic Masterplan as well as Operational Gate Review Phases

Identify all potential deviation from original RFQ/Nomination Letter and provide cost impact to Sales to ensure Aptiv EEDS is payed according to provided service

Identify potential gap to LB4 (Logistics Below 4%) and inform Aptiv organization need to further focus on actions like localization, overstated SLA or pricing with carriers, changes in footprint assumptions etc.

Work close together with Flow 3 team to recalculate project after SOP

Support PC&L CUSTOMER PCL Manager in their countries/customers portfolio

Identify potential gaps between T+C requested by customer and Aptiv EEDS Supply Chain capabilities, define impact and provide to Sales and Program Manager for resolution. Track progress of resolution.

Ensure P+L profit for Warehouse/SILS and escalate pro active in case of any risk or deviation

Support Flow 3 Logistics Quote team on specific questions to support RFQ

Assure the PC&L/GSM EOS Implementation & Maintenance (on his specific PC&L dept.)

Bachelor or Master in Industrial Engineering, Logistics or Engineering or equivalent
-
Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in SCM, Logistics, Contract Logistics or similar area
-
Speak and write fluently English , additional language will be advantage
-
Knowledge of MS Office package

Ability to make decisions and take responsibility

Demonstrate high level of interpersonal skills to effectively lead, motivate, facilitate and instruct others as project leader across the functions
