Junior Legal Associate

Joining Sun Investment Group as a Junior Legal Associate means:

• Cooperation with the Legal Team in respect to corporate services for companies from the SIG capital group,
• Preparation of contracts and intra-company documents,
• Support of the legal team in the process of acquiring companies - preparation of transaction documentation,
• Management of legal documentation, co-creation of internal corporate procedures and regulations,
• Monitoring changes in legal regulations, in particular in the field of commercial law,
• Participation in the creation and development of a complex, international capital group.

If you think that role is perfect for you, check our expectations: 

• 5th year of law studies or a master’s degree in law (a master's thesis in commercial law will be an additional advantage),
• Thorough knowledge of civil law, with particular emphasis on commercial companies law (knowledge or interest in energy law will be an asset, but it is not a necessary condition),
• Maximum 2 years of work experience in the legal department of the company or in a law firm providing corporate advisory to business entities,
• Accuracy, punctuality, mindfulness,
• English at minimum B2 level.
