Office Manager

Key Objectives

  • Effective administration along with hands-on office management,
  • Optimizing and leading, costs and administrative processes,
  • Taking care of settlements with contractors,
  • Cooperation with other SIG’s branches across the EU,
  • Taking care of the positive image of the company.

Key Tasks:

  • Planning, organizing, and controlling administrative processes,
  • Close cooperation with Legal, Financial, HR Department and IT department,
  • Responsibility for the circulation and archiving of documents,
  • Ensuring the smooth and effective functioning of the entire office,
  • Supporting senior management in daily duties,
  • Trips/Meetings/Conferences and related, booking & scheduling,

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in the position of Office Manager / Administration Manager / Assistant to the Management Board,
  • Perfect organization of work,
  • Accuracy and diligence in the performance of duties,
  • Ability to solve problems and make the right decisions,
  • Fluency in both: Polish and English,
  • Very good knowledge of Office 365 tools (Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook),
  • General knowledge - business and independence in action, hands on attitude, positive energy
