Resourcing Specialist – Fluency in English and Polish
Job description:
- Be a key part of a best in class resourcing hub to ensure a strong candidate pipeline across our Europe region.
- Part of a team of resourcers to deliver a best in class service to in-country TA staff who own the overall TA lifecycle.
- Lead the discussion with recruitment partners to agree a search strategy and delivery timeline prior to requisition kick off.
- Delivery of a consistent, positive candidate experience across the team.
- Develop a proactive approach to recruitment by implementing solutions to create a strong talent pipeline of recurring key skills required across Europe.
- Manage the stakeholders' expectations on timescales by communicating effectively verbally and through technology ensuring that there is an agreed hiring plan for all roles.
- Manage stakeholders expectations by foreseeing challenges in advance and being able to raise these upwards and come up with practical solutions.
- Utilize all possible different recruitment channels to ensure staff needs in Europe are met.
- Ensure that there is always 100% compliance and that appropriate screening techniques and processes are being used for each position.
- Knowledge sharing best practice and successes with the Europe Talent Acquisition team
- Ensure that you offer a diverse and inclusive pool of candidates where possible.
- Regular meetings to ensure close collaboration with TA Partners is maintained. This ensures relevant data is provided and that service levels are being met.
- Provide the stakeholders with real-time information regarding talent competition and industry trends.
- Ensure that the ATS (Kenexa Brassring) is updated in real time.
- Fully own our CRM and ensure we grow our talent network across our high growth skill areas.
- All data on ad hoc reports are updated in real time and send out regularly.
- Work to AECOM TA KPIs and metrics.
- Provide reports weekly, monthly and ad hoc on recruitment activities that are accurate and updated in real time via the ATS and available technology (to fit the purpose of the business).
Minimum Requirements:
- Fluency in Polish and English
- Experience of working within a multi-national organization or leading global search firm offering the best in class candidate resourcing service.
- Ability to show an appreciation of technology and digital advances within the TA/HR industry.
- Proven ability to conduct resourcing activities with an emphasis not just on delivery but stakeholder and candidate care.
- Proven experience of utilising applicant tracking systems to their full potential including reporting.
- Has worked with specific TA customer relationship manager systems in order to grow and nurture talent networks.
- Demonstrated ability to digest and use data to drive decisions making.
- Champions and promotes diversity within the business.
- Ability to be “hands on” and lead by example.
- Problem solving and solutions orientated person.
- Ability to manage complex situations and work in high pressure situations.
- Possess the experience, confidence, and presence to influence and engage TA leads.
- Ability to deal with ambiguity.
- Ability to work in the best interests of the business whilst remaining ethical and compliant; lead by example.
- Experience of recruiting within the Built Environment Professional Services sector is preferable.
