Talent Acquisition Advisor
Position Duties and Activities:
• Manage candidate expectations, take ownership for and deliver an outstanding candidate experience
• Work with Hiring Managers to enhance job descriptions, communicating an accurate and attractive narrative to the talent population
• Full requisition management delivering services on time and maximizing quality of hire
• Engage with all stakeholders to deliver a superior service
• Identifies opportunities to reduce process delays and gaps
• Connect Boeing’s talent strategy to day to day role
• Use supply and demand information to inform stakeholder conversations and sourcing priorities
• Connect all data sources to improve productivity and efficiency
• Support new hire on-boarding process.

Basic Requirements:
• Fluent Polish & English
• Strong communicator and proven experience delivering high quality services to end user
Preferred requirements:
• Proven experience delivering full life cycle recruitment - 1 year +
• Demonstrable skills in talent sourcing, engagement and attraction
• ‘Always people first’; focus on candidate experience and superior quality approach
• Experience using ATS, Workday is preferred but not essential
• Experience managing stakeholders, uses collaborative relationships to achieve goals
• Business acumen and commercial awareness
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
• Digital literacy, leveraging technology, tools, trends and content to maximize results
• Self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team.
