AR Accountant with German

Your main tasks would be:

  • Billing & Ad hoc billing
  • Cash Application (incoming & outgoing payments)
  • Bank Reconciliation
  • Credit Control
  • Month End Closure Reporting

 

Additionally:

  • Cooperation with internal and external clients
  • Cooperation with other departments and team members
  • Preparation and update of internal procedures and manuals
  • Other duties assigned by supervisor and line manager.
  • Stress management skills
  • Eye for improvements
  • Yardi ERP knowledge
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a highly changeable working environment

Perfect candidate profile:

  • has proven experience in Finance/Accounting for min. 1-2 years
  • has general understanding of accounting process in the company
  • is fluent in German (at least B2 level) ad English
  • has practical knowledge of MS Office (particularly Outlook, Excel)
  • has analytical skills
  • is customer-oriented and has strong communication skills
  • is a team player
