Senior Investor OnBoarding Specialist (KYC/AML)

Your future responsibilities:

• Review of investor files and contact investors for AML KYC documentation.
• Ensure attention to deadlines and timeframes required to satisfy AML KYC requirements for the investor
• Keep Errors and Omissions at a strict minimum at all times and ensure deadlines are met
• Effectively handle special processing situations including exceptions
• If needed timely escalate exceptional cases or concerns to Team Leaders/Managers
• Establish working relations with major contacts and stakeholders internally and outside of Krakow office

The Ideal Candidate should have:

• KYC AML knowledge
• Approximately 2 years of banking/financial services/operations experience
• Prior experience working in a fast-paced environment under pressure
• Attention to detail and proven ability to handle complexity
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing in English
