Junior Recruitment Specialist

Your future responsibilities: 

• Conducting end-to-end recruitment process 
• Sourcing for the good fit candidates for various positions (mainly banking/financial)
• Building the talent pool
• Screening the applications
• Maintaining good relationships with candidates
• Conducting recruitment interviews with candidates
