Transactions Processing Specialist

Your future responsibilities:

• Processing trades received on the relevant dealing day
• Preparing and issuing trading activity reported to the client and Fund Accounting
• Issuing shareholder correspondence, including contract notes and confirmations
• Processing dividends as declared by the funds,
• Assist Seniors and Supervisors with the verification and authorization of processed trades and reports, as directed
• Resolving any internal (inter-departmental) or external (client/investor) queries in a timely and accurate manner
• Establishing solid interdepartmental contacts and at all levels
