Senior Controller In Iwm Allocations Management Team

Join us as Senior Controller in IWM Allocations Management Team. In this role you will be responsible for preparation of cost allocations reporting and analyses for top managers located in Zurich. Your responsibilities will include ownership of the month end closing (booking of intra- and cross-divisional cost allocations) and Cross Legal Entity cost transfer invoicing process, participation in calculation and periodical update of IWM allocation keys as well as maintenance of cost centers and accounts both in IWM and Global financial system. You will cooperate closely with IWM SME’s within and outside the team in order to provide transparency of IWM cost allocations, keys and methodologies. You will have regular interactions with partners across multiple functions (financial controllers from other divisions, Group Finance specialists, financial accountants, etc.) to better understand business and deliver operational improvements to processes in scope. You will be engaged in financial planning process and number of analysis which are essential for IWM top management in the decision-making process.

We are looking for:

  • At least 3 years of experience in finance, accounting or accounts payable
  • University degree in finance, economics or mathematics
  • Detailed knowledge of Excel and good analytical skills
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with proficiency in English
  • Flair for data, numbers and figures, demonstrating extraordinary attention to details
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and organize work effectively
