Transformation Project Manager - Engineering

Role responsibilities

As an Engineering Project Manager you will plan and manage transformation projects across a range of engineering sites, with teams spanning multiple specialisms.

Your key responsibilities will be to:

• Oversee the set-up, planning and execution of projects through to closure
• Ensure delivery to time, value and cost, risk and quality standards throughout projects
• Analyse the feasibility of projects and document high-level information
• Take the lead on problem-solving
• Gain the support and engagement of key internal and external stakeholders throughout the project execution

Who we're looking for

You will be an ambitious, enthusiastic, self-motivated and results-driven project manager with demonstrable business and financial acumen. Skills in prioritisation and multi-tasking are essential. You must also be resilient, with good problem solving skills and attention to detail. Your experience in building something from scratch would be very welcome.

The ability to work well with all kinds of people will be key to your success in this role. In addition to people and change management, you must demonstrate good skills in collaboration, relationship building, presenting and influencing.

 As a minimum you must have:

• A degree in Engineering (or equivalent)
• A track record of experience in project and risk management
• Very good English and Polish (oral and written)
