About the Team

Join Workday’s Global Data Operations Team, which was built with the mission to help improve the quality, integrity and reliability of Sales Operation’s critical data. Our objectives are to deliver business impact through account record standardization, account creation and M&A account matching.

You will be part of a team that searches, completes and performs daily control of quantity and quality of data.

About the Role

We are seeking a self-starter who is motivated by the conversion of data into business insights and thrives in collaborative environments.

The successful candidate will need sharp problem solving and critical-thinking skills to collect, clean, transform and interpret data from various sources. This position is a hands-on position that requires a candidate who is comfortable in a fast paced and focused globally-distributed team.

What you'll bring

The ideal candidate must have a keen eye for details, be passionate about data and have excellent analytical skills. This is a brand-new team, so there is lots of room to scale and grow as the team expands, including tackling projects where needed.

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in data management, data research, sales operations or data analysis required
  • Experience with MS Excel and Salesforce (or other CRM)
  • Detail oriented, analytical approach
  • Excellent verbal and written communication with advanced English skills
  • Focus on high volume of data with the ability to filter information correctly
