Indirect Procurement - Site Procurement Manager
your tasks
- team management and continuous development of Category Buyers and ensures understanding of standardization and compliance
- support to the Team on a daily basis
- close & successful collaboration with Category Managers, Category Buyers and Internal Business Partners of all concerned locations
- responsible for definition of performance measures, individual target setting on Buyer level and implementation
- responsible for sourcing decisions in-line with category strategy
- manages and optimizes local supplier base in alignment with the local and European Supplier Category Strategy
- covers Operational Purchasing activities (PR/PO’s) with the team and ensures on time ordering
- establishes and measures operational KPI’s, defines targets and ensured required countermeasures if needed
- responsible for application of Procurement processes, supports Local Contracts and ensures contract management
- leads some selected purchasing processes

what we expect
- bachelor's Degree and min. 3 years of experience as a team manager/leader and previous experience in minimum two of the indirect categories (production equipement & real estate, facility management, travel & fleet and professional services)
- strong negotiation skills, capable of leading negotiations for strategic supply contracts Ability to develop and understand legal contracts
- proficient in using Microsoft Office
- good SAP knowledge is a requirement,
- results-driven, with the ability to drive projects self-reliant and successfully,
- proactive and open minded-person
- team-oriented. Good problem solving, communication, and presentation skills are essential,
- English is required at advanced level
