your tasks

• support Supply Chain processes of all business units (Dairy, Waters, Early Live Nutrition, Advanced Medical Nutrition) within DACH
• be the Level 1 contact for all our Operational Information Systems (mainly SAP MM, IDOC/EDIFACT, Laboratory Information Management System, Warehouse Management System) within IT DACH Team
• manage the first level support of all reported issues and analyze and describe business process needs for smaller system changes
• create documentation and trainings for key users

what we expect

• at least 2 years of relevant experience in IT, Logistics, Supply chain or Business Consultancy
• competent practical knowledge within one of the SAP-Modules: MM, PP or QM
• knowledge about simple queries creation in database (eg. SQL)
• ability to work independently based on provided documentation, functional designs and access to internal knowledge base
• service-oriented, agile personality with strong communication and team player skills
• fluent in English (written and spoken), German language is an advantage
