Quality Engineer

Job Description

To be the expert in the Quality processes and their implementation, combined with defining the audit process and ensuring all data is managed in a clear and readily utilised format
Create, manage and maintain the WRO Quality Systems to align with company systems
Working closely with Quality manager to ensure systems aligned and meet ISO9001
Manage and execute a systems audit consistent with ISO 9000 requirements
Define and execute quality process at Inward Good Receipt
Lead resolution of external quality concerns
Support resolution of internal quality concerns
Define work content and reaction plan for the audit stations
Ensure all cyclic manufacturing processes have agreed SOPs that are live in a central location and available at each workplace electronically
Ensuring the control plan is kept up to-date and that all in-process checks are
recorded, all trends and deviation from standard to be investigated and resolved
Taking responsibility for the measurement and reporting of data of all new
products (NPI) following defined processes and working with the Technical
Team to deliver o 1st off new tooling trial parts
Introduction into volume manufacturing (Safe Launch)
Following all Health, Safety & Environmental requirements

Job Requirements

Degree in an Engineering discipline or significant experience as an alternative
Native Polish and good knowledge of English
Experience of manufacturing based Quality tools like Control Plan (CP),
Failure Modes & Effects Analysis (FMEA), Standard Operating Procedures
(SOP's), Structured Problem Solving (e.g. 8D), Statistical Process Control (SPC)
Experience in creating and auditing within an ISO 9001 framework
Competent and confident in the use of Microsoft Products e.g. Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams etc
Have, or prepared to work towards, six sigma green belt qualification
Flexibility to work additional hours when required
