Who we're looking for
Candidates should meet the following requirements:
- At minimum 3 years of experience in GBS/SSC/BPO
- Understanding of Shared Services Centre or Business Process Outsourcing environment
- Good understanding of end-to-end process across at least one function such as Finance, IT, Procurement
- Experience in driving process optimization and standardization initiatives
- Practical experience in transition management
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Practical project management experience
- Strong solution-oriented approach, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience working in a multinational environment
- Excellent MS Office and presentations skills
- Mobility in Poland with some international travel might be required
- Fluency in written and spoken Polish and English

As a Senior Consultant / Consultant in our team, you will design and implement best practice business solutions, processes, and organization optimization in particular in the following areas:
- Shared Services and Outsourcing Advisory:
Feasibility, design, implementation and optimization, outsourcing strategy and implementation
- Business Model Transformation: Vision & Target Strategy:
Target Operating Model, Centre of Excellence Design, Finance Transformation, Post Merger Integration
- Business Planning, Controlling, and Analytics:
Cost and profitability management, financial modeling, business performance planning and controlling, Business Analytics, Business Partnering Strategy
