Junior Customer Service Specialist with Russian
Workplace: Kraków
Key responsibilities:
• Contact with business clients regarding questions about company’s offer and IT products by e-mails, chats, phone
• Manage the customer accounts (activation, system updates)
• Contact with clients regarding complaints, pro-longing contacts
• Monitoring the payment status
• Manging the web accounts content regarding prises and offers
