For our Client- international manufacturing company based near Wrocław we are looking for a Finance Manager.

Description

• Responsible and accountable for the development and implementation of the budget and control processes, including the day to day execution of budget and control processes and the investment analysis.
• Advises the technical director and other managers about all financial and business budget and control issues of the plant,
• Responsible for an forecasting process,
• Responsible for financial team management,
• Cloose cooperating with a Plant Manager and Group CFO,
• Coordinates the yearly budgeting cycle for the plant and ensures the accuracy and completeness of the budget data,
• Accountable and responsible for the monthly financial reporting including comment and presentation to the management team (balance sheet, P&L),
• Manages, organizes and communicates month end closing activities.

Profile

• Master Degree in Accounting, Economics or Finance,
• Strong experience in financial control and reporting,
• min. 3 years of professional experience gained as a Plant Controller, Controlling Manager position- in a manufacturing companies,
• practical knowledge of US GAAP will be an additional asset,
• Excellent communication and influencing skills,
• Proactive and flexible attitude,
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
