Sales Manager
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Set out a Game Plan and Strategy for each opportunity before the quote is started,
- Working very closely with the inside sale managers to have a strategy prior to quoting the opportunity,
- Process Knowledge for Injection, Extrusion and Blow Molding,
- Equipment knowledge which includes Blending, Conveying, Drying, Storage, Heat Transfer and Size Reduction equipment,
- Must have a good understand on the computer systems such as CRM, Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
- Be able to make presentation utilizing the tools supplied by Moretto,
- Working closely with all members of the Team,
- Building and maintaining long-term relationship with clients,
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Work Experience:
- 8-1 O years of experience with industrial equipment,
- Must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written,
- Fluent English language, written and speaking,
- Must have strong interpersonal skills and provide high-quality customer service,
- Must be able to organize, prioritize, and multitask,
- Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and AutoCAD,
- Must have a positive attitude and foster a continuous improvement environment,
- Driving license B category,
- Availability to travel inland but also abroad in Europe for annual trade events.
