Sales Manager

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Set out a Game Plan and Strategy for each opportunity before the quote is started,
  • Working very closely with the inside sale managers to have a strategy prior to quoting the opportunity,
  • Process Knowledge for Injection, Extrusion and Blow Molding,
  • Equipment knowledge which includes Blending, Conveying, Drying, Storage, Heat Transfer and Size Reduction equipment,
  • Must have a good understand on the computer systems such as CRM, Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
  • Be able to make presentation utilizing the tools supplied by Moretto,
  • Working closely with all members of the Team,
  • Building and maintaining long-term relationship with clients,
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Work Experience:

  • 8-1 O years of experience with industrial equipment,
  • Must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written,
  • Fluent English language, written and speaking,
  • Must have strong interpersonal skills and provide high-quality customer service,
  • Must be able to organize, prioritize, and multitask,
  • Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and AutoCAD,
  • Must have a positive attitude and foster a continuous improvement environment,
  • Driving license B category,
  • Availability to travel inland but also abroad in Europe for annual trade events.
