LCL Multicarrier Team Lead

The role is available both in Warsaw and Tricity area.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage, supervise and provide leadership for all aspects of the Customer Experience team activities, driving implementation of commercial and operational strategies. 
  • Manage and drive adherence to standardize processes and tasks. 
  • Organize, coach, challenge, develop and remunerate all direct reports. 
  • Provide proactive daily support to the team. 
  • Maintain and develop existing and new customers through planned individual account support. 
  • Support global customers’ Program Managers and sales community in growing the business while keeping the required standards of the service. 
  • Promote E-commerce channels.
  • Analyze business activities and suggest solutions. 
  • Coperate closely with Product team to develop current solutions and goal settings. 
  • Lead proper implementation of customers and collaborate with all Products to ensure successful customer launch. 
  • Ability to manage and lead SOP creation.
  • Cooperate with Warehouse.
  • Improve team productivity by constantly looking for areas for improvement and efficiency.
  • Maximize productivity by reducing idle resources in the process through multi-tasking.
  • Conducting periodic performance sessions with higher management
  • Job-costing coordination

Requirements:

  • Experience in leading teams and improving their performance 
  • Shipping/Logistics industry knowledge
  • Proactive person with continuous improvement mindset and excellent coaching abilities
  • Play to win mentality 
  • Demonstrated ability to handle customer facing activities 
  • Great communication skills in English and Polish
  • Exposure to high pace, multicultural environments. Can function well in constantly evolving environments 
  • Ability to understand and influence complex work processes which require coordination from multiple parties 
  • Professional PC skills - Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
