Data Compliance Review Manager

Your field of responsibility

An outstanding opportunity to join us in the role as a Data Compliance Review Manager. You will be responsible for the supervision of a global process designed to assess business- and IT-related projects for the key business risks associated with banking secrecy, data protection and outsourcing regulatory compliance.

The Data Compliance Review Manager will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including prioritizing and coordinating actions, managing stakeholders’ expectations, handling complex cases, coordinating processes and communicating effectively with business partners. The ideal candidate is well-organized, proactive, flexible, collaborative and willing to adapt to the task/requirements being asked of them.

We are looking for:

  • University degree or equivalent, preferably in an area related to Business, Finance or Law
  • Proven experience of 6 years or more, ideally in the regulatory or compliance domain within the financial sector. Team leadership experience is essential.
  • Subject matter knowledge of achieving compliance with Data Protection, Banking Secrecy or Outsourcing regulation
  • Ability to present and communicate efficiently, including to senior management
  • Dedicated to deliver high quality work within short timeframes and a high level of flexibility and the capabilities to work under pressure, managing multiple challenging priorities and assignments.
  • Results-oriented individual with strong conceptual and analytical skills, combined with the ability to analyze and execute more technical activities.
  • A proven and consistent track record as a project manager is a helpful requirement.
