Architect

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Data Modeling: Data warehouse Dimensional Modeling and Operational Application modeling in 3NF
- API and web services design for cross-application data integration
- Operational application design skills
- Data Flow and ETL design
- Non-functional requirements gathering, like: defining security matrix, system recovery and backup schemes
- Ability to help the team with tasks that include: production support, optimizing ETL, Data models and Front-End implementations
- Identification of project tasks, time, effort and resource estimates
- Maintaining and creating project Documentation

REQUIREMENTS:

-Minimum 8 years of experience in work related to software development in enterprise projects
-5+ years of experience designing, building and implementing a data warehouse
-Strong SQL and data extraction skills
-Experience optimizing physical designs for effective ETL and maximum query performance
-Experience with DB/ETL best practices
-Experience with EAI and Ell best practices
-Experience in the application of various data integration patterns
-Expertise knowledge of ITIL standards and SCRUM processes (ability to behave as a Scrum Master)
-Good knowledge of Team Foundation Server - configuration level
-English at least at C1 level
-Experience conducting large scale requirements and design sessions with business process owners
-Ability to actively initiate and lead architecture and processes optimization and introducing new solutions
-Strong team and customer service focus
