Payroll Consultant with German – remote work (new branch)

Responsibilities:

  • Finding solutions to enquiries concerning payroll software fidelis. Personal or ACCURAT HCM
  • Support with payroll tax and social security issues as well as support for customers from various industries
  • Clarification and parameterisation of complex payroll accounting cases
  • Active participation in the further development and optimisation of software and service processes

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of wage tax, social security, collective bargaining, and German labor law
  • Fluent German
  • Written and spoken English
  • Experience in the use of current MS Office tools
  • High motivation and reliability
  • Strong communication skills and enjoy personal contact with customers as well as working independently in a team
  • Analytical thinking and quick comprehension
