IT Leader

Main Accountabilities:

• Analysis, classification and a resolution of the IT ISM incidents, problems and changes;
• HW, SW, LAN, WAN, WLAN troubleshooting;
• Administration of the user accounts and groups via Active Directory;
• Configuration of the HW (notebooks, desktops, printers);
• Monitoring of the usage of the IT corporate standarts (HW, SW);
• Coordinating the activites of the Superuser Team;
• Managing the customer owned IT assets;
• Participation on the customer meetings.

Requirements:

• University background in Infomation Technology or similar;

• Experience in team or project leading will be a benefit. General experience in coordination of tasks and priorities within a team will be sufficient; We will offer a further development in direction of IT leadership role”

• Good communication skills, customer oriented approach;
• MS Desktop OS knowledge (W10, W7);
• MS Server OS knowledge (WS2012, WS2016);
• Network architecture (LAN, WAN, WLAN);
• HW knowledge (PC, NB, Printers, Network devices, RF devices, Mobile devices).
