An exciting and challenging vacancy has become available in our Global Research Center – Research Associate, based in Warsaw, Poland.
The Global Research Centre is an internal function, offering the support to Consultants and offices of Pedersen & Partners around the world. Being a member of Global Research Team, the incumbent will provide support to our senior Executive Search colleagues from Poland and other countries.
The role of a Research Associate is very diverse, giving the chance to have a real impact on project execution and a great way to get to know our business inside out and use this opportunity as a stepping-stone into the world of high-class Executive Search.

As a Research Associate, you will provide first-class research and execution support to a number of our senior Executive Search colleagues. From market research to candidates’ identification, approach and interviewing, all the way through to handling the project deliverables and drafting project reports, the work you perform will be vital to the successful delivery of our services.

Responsibilities:
- Identify, calibrate and prioritize potential candidates through internal firm network, external resources and market outreach
- Understand clients’ requirements and clients’ USP in order to get candidates to be interested in the role/company
- Conduct first level screening and assessment of potential candidates
- Prepare draft assessment reports, proposals, progress reports, reference reports, etc.
- Assist senior professionals with administrative tasks and maintaining databases in accordance with company’s standards
- Branding of business or personal accounts to attract candidates

Experience/Skills required:
- Fluent spoken and written English is a must
- University Degree.
- Excellent communication and social skills
- Proficient computer (MS applications) skills
- Dynamic with good excellent time management skills
- Recruitment/executive search experience is preferred, but is not a must
- High level of attention to detail and organisational skills
- Team player, self-starter
- Dedicated, passionate and fast learner with strong willingness to learn
- Ability to keep confidentiality on sensitive topics and having high ethics
