Your tasks in each location Poznań/Katowice:
- Receiving customer service calls and e-mails
- Maintaining solid customer relationships by handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalism
- Managing database records, drafting status reports
- Data entry and research as required to troubleshoot customer problems
- Your tasks in location Kraków:
- Assigning tasks to team members
- document flow management between branches and external entities (order fulfillment, invoicing)
- database administration and data reporting
- coordinating a given project
We expect:
- Fluent command of French (C1) or German (C1)
- Very good command of English (B2)
- Experience in Administration / Customer Service / as Second Line Analyst / in Translation would be an asset
- Project management experience would be an asset
- Customer orientation
- Proactive attitude
- Multitasking/prioritizing skills
