Your tasks in each location Poznań/Katowice:

  • Receiving customer service calls and e-mails
  • Maintaining solid customer relationships by handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalism 
  • Managing database records, drafting status reports 
  • Data entry and research as required to troubleshoot customer problems
  • Your tasks in location Kraków:
  • Assigning tasks to team members
  • document flow management between branches and external entities (order fulfillment, invoicing)
  • database administration and data reporting
  • coordinating a given project

We expect:

  • Fluent command of French (C1) or German (C1)
  • Very good command of English (B2)
  • Experience in Administration / Customer Service / as Second Line Analyst / in Translation would be an asset
  • Project management experience would be an asset 
  • Customer orientation
  • Proactive attitude
  • Multitasking/prioritizing skills
