Certification Coordinator
Your role:
-
Evaluate customer enquiries and manage estimates with the project managers
and project team for obtaining Certification Approvals. -
Cross-check family certification with service providers after design comparison through technical team and prepare appropriate documentation.

Cross-check certification needs with service providers after design change.
-
Obtain final quotes from central purchasing, assist with sourcing and coordinate
with project team. -
Prepare all required certification documents and coordinate the sample preparation
for the tests. -
Coordinate legal and technical documents with relevant parties e.g. Certification Authorities.

Monitor timing and coordinate samples and testing/test reports and it’s release.

Coordinate the annual certificate renewals (PO release, samples/documents etc.).

Support discussions with OEM in regards to Certification needs, timing, regulation changes,
data base for Certificates -
Manage certification data base (TAMsys)

Coordinate budget planning and C&S finance reporting

Solid professional experience on project coordination related role

Purchasing experience is an asset

Excellent organization and communication skills

Mobility and readiness to travel within EMEA region and global

Fluent command of English

Bachelor’s Degree from commercial or technical university

Ability to work in an international and fast-paced environment

Very good negotiation skills

Good knowledge of project finances

Knowledge of MS Office
