Transition and Change Manager
Who you are:
- An experienced transition manager and delivery lead of change and transformation programmes with experience in GBS organisation or consulting
- A problem solver, determined to find the most optimal solution to business challenges
- You have a track record of delivery of transitions and significant changes to processes, technology and ways of working that delivered value to the business and increased efficiency and effectiveness of GBS organisation
- You have strong project management skills and understanding of transition methodology
- You understand how new technologies (RPA, IA, AI, best of breed solutions) can be applied to improve processes, elevate customer experience and drive cost to serve down
- Experienced in identifying transformation opportunities, process redesign and applying innovative and creative solutions to legacy issues
- You have good initiative and follow through skills – gets things done on time, with attention to detail, and in a well-organised fashion
- Great communication skills - both written and verbal, able to work effectively at all levels and have strong stakeholder management skills
- You are energetic and assertive, collaborative, resilient and motivated by challenges
- You are comfortable with ambiguity
- Project Management certification will be advantageous

About the role:
A global technology company focussed on designing and manufacturing highly innovative products across its market sectors is looking for Transition and Transformation Manager. This company continues to have rapid global growth and is looking for ambitious and forward-thinking individuals to join a newly established Global Business Service Centre (GBS) in Cracow that forms part of the future operating model. This role reports to Head of Change and Transformation.
The GBS organization provides process and service excellence to support the Company with a goal of delivering strategic value, innovating and enhancing services over time to meet the changing needs of the business. The Transition and Change Manager should be a strong and proactive transition specialist with a transformational mindset. Person in this role will migrate processes and deliver transformational projects, improve the way people work and elevate customer experience.
Responsible for:
Transition management support
- Prepare and deliver transition plans
- Ensure transition methodology is adhered to
- Collaborate with leadership of the sending and receiving organisation to deliver successful transition
- Support readiness of GBS centre to receive new scope
Transition governance
- Drive transition governance process, support running of tollgate meetings
- Strive for continuous improvement of transition methods
Delivery of transformational projects
- Deliver transformation programmes
- Ensure application of programme management methodology to change and transformation initiatives delivery
- Work closely with Global Process Owners through shaping of solution, creating initiatives and delivery of programmes
Champion transformation and embed change
- Deploy and reinforce continuous improvement practices
- Manage and deliver change and transformation plan for scope coming to the GBS
Innovation and Continuous Improvement
- Nurture Continuous Improvement mindset and reward right behaviours
- Encourage GBS teams to create and build new solutions to improve quality of service
- Champion digital innovation to transform the way people work and improve experience of customers using services of GBS
