Project / Program Manager Resiliency Services

The Resiliency Services Program Manager is responsible for leading a project team in delivering complex IBM Resiliency Services solutions to the client (also T&T phase) using the appropriate business measurements and terms and conditions for the project according to the project charter, project agreement or contract. The individual has knowledge of the Resiliency Services offering portfolio and experience in delivering one or more of the services. They have overall performance responsibility for managing scope, cost, schedule, and contractual deliverables, which includes applying their knowledge and experience of Resiliency Services and techniques for planning, tracking, change control, and risk management. They are responsible for managing all project resources, including subcontractors, and for establishing an effective communication plan with the project team and the client. They provide day to day direction to the project team and regular project status to the client. In addition, the individual is responsible for performing engagement processes including harvesting of intellectual capital, obtaining references and forwarding recommendations to the opportunity owner.
