Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist
Our Client is an international IT company offering a broad range of solutions that harness advances in healthcare information, technology, analytics, and human ingenuity to drive healthcare forward.
Currently for our Client, we are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to EMEA Talent Acquisition Team.
Responsibilities:
• Partner with key stakeholders in assigned business areas to source, select and hire qualified candidates at a variety of levels
• Leverage creative tactics and a variety of sources (including LinkedIn and other social media, talent referrals, direct applicants, recruitment agencies, etc.) to deliver top talent to fill open positions across your designated territory
• Develop a direct sourcing strategy to build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
• Manage the recruitment process end-to-end, providing support and delivering a superior experience for all candidates progressing through the hiring process, including extending and closing offers
• Deploy the Employee Value Proposition (EVP) at a local level in line with global guidelines in order to increase brand awareness in the local job market and company position as an employer of choice
• Work internally with other Talent Acquisition team members to share knowledge, best practices and resources
• Act as an Advisor to functional business leaders and hiring managers to support staffing goals effectively and ensure they are achieved
• Suggest process improvement initiatives to streamline hiring process
• Provide training to hiring managers on recruiting, interviewing, and the selection process as required
Requirements:
- Strong hands-on recruitment experience, whether in agency or in-house, that includes supporting global fast-paced organizations (preferably B2B) with the talent acquisition of mid-senior professional profiles
- Fluent in English - additional language skills would be a significant advantage
- Direct sourcing experience, including the use of LinkedIn Recruiter and other social media platforms
- Experience using ATS/recruitment CRM Systems (e.g. Workday, Taleo, SuccessFactors)
- Experience of Data Analytics, Technology, Consulting recruiting (nice to have)
- Excellent problem solving, judgment and decision-making skills
- Ability to multi-task, plan and prioritize activities
- Teamwork skills and a positive attitude :)
