Junior Marketing Generalist - praca zdalna

We are looking for a person who is comfortable being a generalist rather than a specialist who focuses on a single goal and responsibility. You will join our small marketing team to help with tasks connected to multiple areas: CRM - communicating with our customers, Distribution - sharing our content, Newsletters - planning, creating and sending campaigns.

If you are a person who likes to learn new things, who embraces challenges and is a problem solver, also someone who is resourceful and independent, you might be a good fit for the position. 

What you will be doing:

• Help and support marketing teams in achieving their goals

• Manage relationships and interactions with customers and partners

• Communicate with customers and partners via email and social media

• Update and maintain a CRM (customer relationship management) system

• Manage email campaigns/newsletter, it includes planning and creating content, managing contacts, and sending campaigns

• Distribute marketing content through forums, groups, and various publications

• Fluent written English and good command of spoken English

• Ability to prioritize, organize and manage tasks, at times you will be overwhelmed by the number of things that need to be done!

• Effective written communication

• Experience sending cold emails 

• Experience doing email outreach

• Experience running email campaigns

Nice to have skills:

• Experience building backlinks (SEO)

• Experience building and managing online communities

• Experience creating/designing content for social media
