Sourcing Team Lead

Would you like to pursue your career in HR area? As a Sourcing Lead you will provide skilled sourcing support to Credit Suisse and the Sourcing Team. You will partner very closely with assigned Hiring Managers and Recruitment Partners to develop an in-depth understanding of role requirements. You will then source, identify, pre-screen and submit suitable qualified candidates for positions across the Bank.

In your role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, such as:

  • Daily operational support and control over the sourcing team delivery (timelines, quality of candidates, ad-hoc requests)
  • Working with the team to build IT talent pooling and pipelining, liaising with the recruitment teams to identity talent gaps and focus areas on a regular basis to ensure the team is on track to fulfil requirements
  • Delivering a consistent, high quality candidate and client experience through collaboration and integrity in all contact with candidates, hiring managers and HR colleagues
  • Individual responsibility for sourcing quality candidates and maintaining pipelines for key roles working in close collaboration with the recruiters to provide a seamless Hiring Manager and candidate experience
  • Actively approaching, engaging and assessing passive candidates via innovative sourcing techniques (e.g. social media, internal databases, job boards, internet searches, hiring manager and team networks)
  • Workload management (work allocation, handovers management) on top of the operational responsibilities and support with driving human capital agenda in the organization

We are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and 3+ years of demonstrable experience in an international environment, preferably in a corporate setting; financial services industry experience a plus
  • Proven operational team management experience, workload management
  • a hardworking approach to identify and engage the best IT candidates in the market and the ability to build a demonstrable knowledge base and network in an area
  • Exceptional at multi-tasking and working well under tight deadlines in a demanding and fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of Taleo and / or Yello (or similar applicant tracking systems / candidate relationship management systems) a plus
  • Fluency in English and proficiency in MS Office
