Key responsibilities:
- Delivering 1st line support
- Ensure proactive communication to line-of-business on incidents, requests and changes
- Liaising with 2nd/3rd line support when necessary
- Ticketing system management with group SLA
- Regional project participation
- Creating new and updating existing documentation
