1st line IT Support

Key responsibilities:

  • Delivering 1st line support
  • Ensure proactive communication to line-of-business on incidents, requests and changes
  • Liaising with 2nd/3rd line support when necessary
  • Ticketing system management with group SLA
  • Regional project participation
  • Creating new and updating existing documentation

What we expect:

  • Experience in an IT Helpdesk and international environment.
  • English – very good communication skills
  • Experience with supporting and administering Windows and MS Office, 365
  • supporting, mobile devices, desktops, laptops and other hardware,
  • Practical knowledge of Active Directory, MS Exchange, O365
  • Understanding(at least basic) of networking technologies such as Routers, Switches, Firewalls, Wireless devices, LAN/WAN and TCP/IP
  • Willingness to learn new technologies
