Executive Assistants' Team support top management to make their lives easier.

Recruitment Journey

The recruitment process will be held online:

Stage I - We get to know your application

Stage II - We invite you to online tests: analytical and English tests

Stage III - Interview (the Interview will take place remotely)

Who we're looking for

  • Experience in a similar role, preferably within a Professional Services environment;
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree;
  • Experience in working in international environment, multi-cultural organization;
  • Experience in working with top management; 
  • Very good English skills (C1-C2); German would be an asset;
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently, whilist maintaining contact with colleagues at all levels, including those working remotely;
  • Ability to work accurately and affectively under pressure and to prioritize workload, whilist remaining calm and composed;
  • Positive attitude, with a willingness to provide the highest level of internal and external client service as well as discretion and personal sensitivity in all spects of the role;
  • Demonstrate a willingness to own/solve problems as theu arise, but also have the ability to identify issues for referral;
  • Excelent personal and communication skills;
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).

  • Calendar and travel management; 
  • Various internal and external meetings organization;
  • Preparation of prezentations, reports, Excel lists, spreadsheets;
  • Time management;
  • SAP and TOP support;
  • Resolution of basic queries;
  • Meeting minutes preparation;
  • Correspondence handling;
  • Documentation management;
  • Invoicing;
  • Expenses management;
  • Gifts and flowers arrangement;
  • Dinner and taxi arrangement;
  • Event and Business Team support;
  • Working collaboratively with other team members as well as other business unities.
