What will you do?

  • Gather business requirements from client stakeholders via interactions like interviews and workshops
  • Understand customer needs and translate them to business requirements (business requirement definition), business process flows and functional requirements –thereby acting as an interface between business and technology teams
  • Ability to understand the as-is process; understand issues with the processes which can be resolved either through technology or process solutions and design detail level to-be process with all stakeholders
  • Propose solutions to the client based on gap analysis for the existing platforms against industry benchmark
  • Ensure E2E Customer experience drive for Network and Service Experience

What are we looking for?

  • Candidate should have 3+ years experience of working directly with Operators / Vendors or with consulting / services provider firms in the telecom networks domain. General knowledge of telecom products across wireline, wireless and Enterprise domains – 3gpp, ETSI, GSMA
  • Understanding of network performance monitoring. App based/Services based /Subscriber base/Device base/Geography level performance monitoring and improvement. Network element counter integration and KPI creation Expertise in SKPIs, QoE, KQI & CEI (Service KPI’s, Quality and Key Quality parameters and Customer Experience Indices respectively)
  • Desired exposure to Scrum / Agile methodology, DevOps and Jira tool
  • Understanding of the RF tools, Google Earth Pro, MAPINFO Professional, QGIS. Good understanding of OSS / Network assurance systems and experience in working with system development teams
  • Report generation at node and geography level to analyze the network behavior and new insights Data Monetization, network monitoring analytics – like SOC and SXC (Service Operations, Service experience)
  • Generation of rule-based notifications (PM KPIs, Alarms, News and Updates, Anomaly, etc), aggregation of KPIs at various levels and geographies to understand network degradation. Auto TT generation using PM correlation
 

Working Conditions:

  • Due to COVID-19 global situation we are delivering our work remotely. Knowing that our Capability Network model is based on traveling and serving advisory working closely with our Clients, willingness and ability to work at client’s locations mostly across Europe, but also other locations, for short or long term is still required if pandemic situation will change.
  • Headquarter: Warsaw or Cracow or Wrocław Office as primary place of work, but now we are working from home due to pandemic situation
