• Taking care, co-designing of a positive Candidate Experience
• Managing the full recruitment process for different technical and non-technical positions 
• Co-designing recruitment strategy

OUR REQUIREMENTS:

• Min. 2 years of commercial experience as IT recruiter 
• Fluent communication in Polish 
• Nice to have: fluent English, fluent Russian, experience in HR
