The Financial Analyst reports to and is a direct partner of the EMEA FPA Manager. In his/her role, the Financial Planning Analyst shares assignments and supports the SBU Controlling Team in the following functions (these include all but are not limited to the below items):

The Financial Analyst reports to and is a direct partner of the EMEA FPA Manager. In his/her role, the Financial Planning Analyst shares assignments and supports the SBU Controlling Team in the following functions (these include all but are not limited to the below items):
- Issue daily, weekly and monthly standard reports
- Analyze and present reports in an accurate, transparent and timely manner
- Communicate KPI´s in comparison to prior year(s), forecast and budget
- Support the SBU´s reporting systems and contribute to its optimization
- Support annual budgeting and planning process
- Support monthly forecasts and flash reports
- Strong support and communication with the controllers in the different plants and the SSC in Rybnik
- Support implementing new reporting systems
- Prioritize tasks and requirements diligently, whether routine or ad-hoc
- Support the identification, selection and implementation of new analytical solutions

- Bachelor's degree in finance/accounting, or equivalent business experience,
- 4+ years of experience in a finance role.
- Outstanding knowledge of MS Excel (Access is a strong plus).
- Outstanding knowledge of consolidation systems like Hyperion or Onestream is a plus.
- English both verbal and written is necessary to interacts with the SBU.
