As we continue to grow and compete in the global marketplace, we’re looking to start an outbound function built by innovative, competitive Sales Development Representatives. Your role and responsibilities
- Working with sales leadership to develop creative outbound sales strategies
- Identifying and approaching business leaders in the organization’s ideal customer personas
- Leveraging a mix of digital communication (email, LinkedIn, etc.) and phone communication to garner interest among prospects
- Using a mix of Account-Based Marketing and Persona-Based Selling approaches when prospecting
- Measuring and analysing the effectiveness of outbound campaigns
- Implementing creative messaging and content for email marketing campaigns
- Monitoring and stay up to date with key industry trends and competitive insights
What you’ll get in return
- Salary depending on your skills and experience PLN 7 000 - 10 000 net + VAT on a B2B contract with a minimum of 10 days of paid time off (alternative forms of employment are also possible)

What you bring to the table
- Proven track record in B2B outbound selling, averaging 3+ opportunities weekly
- Excellent command of written and spoken English (CEFR C2+)
- Experience in sales analytics and exceeding KPIs
- 2-3 years experience in a similar position at a software consulting/SaaS services company as BDR or SDR
- Strong communication, interpersonal, team working, customer-focused skills
- Ability to multi-task, efficient time-management and prioritise
- Hands-on experience with email analytics and A/B testing tools
- The ability to make data-driven recommendations of actions
It's great if you also have
- Familiarity with the tech industry
- Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM system
