• Deliver 2nd level support of MS SQL Database administration for Demant.
• Troubleshoot, analyze and improve infrastructure areas.
• Support Demant companies placed all over the world.
• Play a strong role in Microsoft SQL and Dynamics infrastructure support.
• Research, evaluate and provide technical solutions to meet defined business requirements.
• Work with ticketing system.
• Cooperate with colleagues from different worldwide locations.

It would be great if you

• value team work and cooperation;
• have Knowledge of MS SQL Server Administration;
• communicate effortlessly in English;
• have experience of working in Active Directory based environments;
• have experience of working in virtualized environments - Hyper-V or VMware; 
• are ready to work in rotations.
• are familiar with ITIL processes & procedures (nice to have but not prerequisite); 
• have infrastructural experience in MS AX Dynamics (nice to have but not prerequisite).
