HR Operations Administrator

Responsibilities:
- In cooperation with the executives build the strategy and processes related to the maintenance and development of the team, and in particular:
- Responsible for the creation of the employer branding by planning and taking internal actions in the team and external actions: in social media, the industry and academia.
- Ensure the effectiveness of onboarding processes for new employees and will ensure the positive impressions of the company and working process.
- Provide services processes and ensure sales team productivity.
- Responsible for providing all necessary working tools like car leasing, insurance, laptops, and etc.
- Make sure that the place we co-create is friendly to people, promotes the development of the team and supports the further growth of the organization;
- Responsible for budgeting of the sales team in the EU (business trips, SIM card payments, hotels, petrol and etc).
Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree is required;
- 1+ years of experience. Preferably in the tech industry;
- Proactive and solution-oriented personality with confidence and skills to communicate on senior management level;
- Strong influencing, negotiation skills;
- Experience with tools like Jira, Asana, Google docs, ERP system;
- Advanced English.
