Treasury & Insurance Manager

ABOUT THE JOB

As a Treasury & Insurance Manager you will join to Finance department within Danone Business Services (DBS) across CEN region providing Treasury & Insurance services, compliant with the Group Insurance and Group Financing & Treasury charter. In this role you will manage the Financing & Treasury team and deliver the best quality of services in areas e.g. Cash Management, Financial Risk Management, Financial Product Management, Insurance.

You will be also responsible for:
- Ensuring that the liquidity of all CBUs is always under control and providing them the adequate level of funding
- Hedging forex risk identified by the CBUs in line with the Group policy
- Providing support to the Treasury Team to perform the daily operations
- Monitoring the net debt and financial result of all CBUs in the cluster on a monthly basis and the medium term cash forecast
- Ensuring that all internal and external reporting requirements are performed on time and in full compliance
- Informing the management (FDs and GMs) and the Corporate Insurance Team on all local and global insurance issues in accordance with Group insurance guidelines, risk evolution and business changes
- Sharing relevant information with the local broker to implement the Group and local insurance policies/programs
- Ensuring systematic control of insurance clauses including in any contractual agreement with third parties is organized within the cluster

ABOUT YOU

To succeed in this role we believe you need to have:
- Higher education degree in Finance, Accounting and Controlling or related field
- At least 2 years working experience in an Insurance or Treasury management position preferably in a SSU/SSC/BPO preferably in a multi-country environment
- Any relevant Insurance or Treasury qualification (like broker, actuarial certificates, F&T: CTP, CERTT, ACT, CFA, ...)
- Ability to identify and manage the implementation of process improvements in multi-country organization
- Good understanding of Risk mapping and Financial Risk processes
- Strong knowledge of Insurance and Treasury processes (accounting & legal side also required) and good understanding of financial and insurance products
- Good Accounting understanding (P&L, Balance Sheet, Fixed Assets, ...)
- Good Information Systems knowledge (ERP - SAP, Navision; MS Office - i.e. Word, Excel and PowerPoint) including those relating to Fixed Assets, Capex processes and relating to Banking, Accounting, Controlling (i.e. e-banking, treasury tools like cash planning and reporting systems - TMS, MicroStrategy, Essbase)
- Fluent in English and Polish
