Customer Service Representative with Dutch

 

Responsibilities:

  • resolving customer complaints via phone and email, by determining the cause of the problem and selecting the best solution,
  • consulting customers on products and services to provide the best solutions for their needs,
  • building strong and long-term relationships with the clients,
  • following communication procedures, guidelines and policies,
  • ensuring high-quality customer service in all aspects.

Requirements:

  • very good knowledge of Dutch (C1) and English (B2),

  • good knowledge of MS Office,
  • previous experience in Customer Service would be an asset.
