Customer Service Representative with Dutch
Responsibilities:
- resolving customer complaints via phone and email, by determining the cause of the problem and selecting the best solution,
- consulting customers on products and services to provide the best solutions for their needs,
- building strong and long-term relationships with the clients,
- following communication procedures, guidelines and policies,
- ensuring high-quality customer service in all aspects.

Requirements:
- very good knowledge of Dutch (C1) and English (B2),
