Senior Sales Manager
Responsibilities:
- deliver business growth, engagement and client satisfaction for a portfolio of agencies in an assigned market,
- recruit, retain and lead the team of Account Strategists, to ensure improved Year over Year growth, high agency satisfaction and enhanced portfolio health,
- lead and coach a sales team and help them engage with agency stakeholders,
- build and actively manage effective long-term agency planning processes,
- define the future of agency management and help to develop the necessary infrastructure and processes,
- initiate and run strategic initiatives to further develop new and existing agency business,
- set the vision for agency development and define the necessary infrastructure to support this vision,
- drive innovation to accelerate business growth,
- develop a world-class team of people managers and agency account strategists.

Requirements:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience,
- 7 years of experience in sales, operations, and partner management,
- 7 years of people management experience with a proven record of success,
- strong people management skills with extensive experience managing high-performing teams as well as leading management teams,
- experience in building executive relationships with internal and external stakeholders,
- extensive experience in digital marketing with advertisers and agencies,
- excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,
- experience in building executive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
