Senior Sales Manager

 

Responsibilities:

  • deliver business growth, engagement and client satisfaction for a portfolio of agencies in an assigned market,
  • recruit, retain and lead the team of Account Strategists, to ensure improved Year over Year growth, high agency satisfaction and enhanced portfolio health,
  • lead and coach a sales team and help them engage with agency stakeholders,
  • build and actively manage effective long-term agency planning processes,
  • define the future of agency management and help to develop the necessary infrastructure and processes,
  • initiate and run strategic initiatives to further develop new and existing agency business,
  • set the vision for agency development and define the necessary infrastructure to support this vision,
  • drive innovation to accelerate business growth,
  • develop a world-class team of people managers and agency account strategists.

Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience,
  • 7 years of experience in sales, operations, and partner management,
  • 7 years of people management experience with a proven record of success,
  • strong people management skills with extensive experience managing high-performing teams as well as leading management teams,
  • experience in building executive relationships with internal and external stakeholders,
  • extensive experience in digital marketing with advertisers and agencies,
  • excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,
  • experience in building executive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
