Operations Manager (sales and marketing)

Responsibilities:

  • overall providing of the relevant line of Services for the Client
  • being the point of contact and link between the Client and the Development and Operational Team
  • managing the scheduling and chairing of all account review meetings and work with applicable managers and dedicated operations leads to review daily, weekly, and monthly operations and performance
  • managing internal and external (3rd party Vendor partners) stakeholders 
  • motivating the team of Team Leaders to keep the performance on a high level
  • Ensuring that agreed deliverables are met on time and in the right quality

Requirements:

  • minimum 5 years of experience in managing operations in sales/digital marketing environment
  • proficiency in English with a proven track record of working in international exposure
  • fluent Russian will be an asset
  • strong collaboration skills across functions and regions, ability to adapt to a fast-paced, international work environment with a passion for making an impact and share best practices
  • analytical thinking and ability to prioritize tasks under high time pressure
  • excellent communication and presentation skills
