Accountant

Role Summary: 

• Booking of the payable invoices and employee reimbursement claims according to the local Tax requirements
• Aging analysis of the invoices
• Monthly balance sheet reconciliation and intercompany reconciliation preparation
• Allocation of shared costs
• Participation in the GUS reporting for the major entity on the monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
• Fixed Asset register, bookkeeping and reconciliations

Qualifications: 

• Accountant with 2-3 years of experience
• Mostly desired experience in the full bookkeeping companies or in the Accountancy Office
• Working knowledge of the Fixed Assets area due to upcoming stock counting
• Polish VAT, CIT general knowledge
• English-basic
• Excel- good literacy
